The 24 hour dial is slaved to normal time. There is no running seconds. The center seconds is chronograph elapsed seconds, the left subdial is chronograph elapsed minutes.
Are the 2nd hand & 24h dial part of the Chronograph only AVI-8 Spitfire Lock Chronograph Void Black #AV-4089-07
