This would absolutely meet the task. It's super lightweight as well. Like anything, I would say to purchase what you think is better looking, as likely both watches you are considering will do the task.

Looking for a sporty/ light comfortable watch that i could take swimming. Would this meet that task? I have plenty of divers and saw this and really like it. Was also looking at formex field watch and see it has screw down crown and better wr but I don’t like it as much. My other option i was looking at is a certina ds2 for comparison. Overall looking for sporty comfortable resonable water resistance occasional swim/ hop in ocean but not a diver. Recommendations?
