Roman numeral hour numbers look applied on other dial colors but painted on the black one. or maybe they are applied but white instead of metallic? the pics for the black one are pretty lo rez so I can't say either way. and since I'm writing, what is the finish on the dial.? some dial colors look matte or satin in pics but the white looks sun ray. Thanks!
