No, Samurai bezel inserts do not fit Seiko turtles. However, you can put a Turtle bezel onto a samurai case, and then you can use a Turtle sized bezel insert. This is a good way forward as it opens up the whole world of Seiko Turtle after-market bezel inserts for you.
