Everyone has their own tastes. I'm smaller than you, 6.5", and I wear up to 45mm easily. I'd say, on average, for a 7" wrist you'd be at 42 or under.

Do you have any "rules of thumb" for choosing the right size watch for your wrist? My wrist measures 7 inches circumference, and I don't want to get a watch so large that it looks silly on my wrist.
