To remove the links to adjust for a small wrist, you will find screws are used for removing bracelet links instead of pins. Just use the screwdriver to loosen the screws, pull them out, remove the link, and repeat as necessary. Try to keep the same amount of links removed from each size. Reassemble when complete.
