Once fully wound, it will run for approximately 40 hours. It is an automatic, self winding watch. So, during a normal day of movement, the watch should certainly build up enough power reserve for the full 40 hours. However, some people will find they do not move around enough, and this will cause the watch to not meet the full reserve. In these cases, we recommend you wind it once per day as well with the crown.
