The video that was made had an error. The watch indeed has a sapphire crystal. It is marked on the back of the case, and we have verified it with our stock with a tester.

The only reason I just ordered this watch is because it has a Sapphire crystal. If it in reality doesn’t not have a Sapphire crystal how do I go about getting a full refund?
