You just use two screwdrivers, and unscrew both screws at the same time.
A previous answer was the strap isn't designed to be removed. The question is how do you remove it? Cadola x Islander RPM Automatic Watch with Blue and Orange Dial #CD-1055-LIW07
I asked the question about other straps and the answer was you need to notch one out.
If it cant be replaced there is no point to notching a replacement. I like the watch but I am not sure I would have bought it if I knew there is such a problem replacing the strap.
