I think you are seeing typical misalignment. It will vary from piece to piece, but I'd say this photography piece isn't doing the brand justice.
Oops, another question, this time about the chapter ring... Citizen Eco-Drive Garrison Titanium Watch with Green Dial and Leather Strap #BM8560-02X
Citizen watches seem to be overall pretty precisely made, but I think I've noticed an exception to that here: In any photos of this watch, the 12 and 6 markers especially are off-center from the axis of the watch, and are not aligned with the markers. I don't think it's simply a photography/ parallax thing, as the markers are just screened on. Are they all as imprecise as they look in the photos?
