Fit help Stainless Steel 18mm Ratcheting Clasp #CLASP-03

I bought these to make some of my other watches micro adjust .. what will they fit and/or do I need some kind of adapter on a band where the narrow part of the link is what I have to hook too?

They will only fit a bracelet that terminates in an 18mm end.
