The seconds hand is silver, the black is a reflection.
On the Citizen Promaster #BN0261-51E, does the second hand have the back end painted black? Citizen Eco-Drive Promaster Dive Watch with Black Dial #BN0261-51E
In many pictures it looks like the rear side of the second hand is painted black (which I've seen done before), but in most reviews it appears the entire second hand it polished. Is this a computer trick or some other camera issue?
