Returns:If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days to return your purchase. Returns are permitted for new, unworn merchandise only. You may not wear, alter, size or otherwise use the item you are returning. Please note that due to their originality, any watches customized by Island Watch are not returnable.
Please return the item in the exact condition it was shipped to you with your receipt, including all hang tags and stickers firmly in place. No stickers can be removed, and item must still be sealed in original packaging. Also include any packaging, warranty card, manuals, etc. If there are any signs of wear, we will refuse the return.You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. There is no restocking fee.Please see below for return instructions.
